AxyCode (“AxyCode”, “we”, “us”) is a software development studio operating the website axycode.us. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For anything related to your privacy, write to us at info@axycode.com.
What we collect
We collect only the information you decide to give us, plus the minimum technical data needed to run the site.
Information you send us
- Project brief. When you use the brief form, we receive the project types you select, your project description, the budget and timeline you choose (both optional), your name, and the email address, phone number or messenger handle you give us.
- Messages. When you write to us by email, Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber, we receive your message and the contact details that service shares with us, such as your name, username or phone number.
- Project information. If we work together, we also receive whatever you share with us to deliver the project, such as documents, designs and account access.
Technical information
Like any website, the servers that host axycode.us automatically record basic technical data when a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. We use this only to keep the site working and secure.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.
How and why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare questions, a plan and an estimate. We rely on the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.
- To deliver and support a project we agree on together. We rely on performing our contract with you.
- To keep in touch about your project, including follow-up questions and updates. We rely on our legitimate interest in running our business and serving our clients.
- To keep the website secure and working. We rely on our legitimate interest in protecting our service.
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records for clients.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set cookies.
If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your own browser’s local storage under the name theme, so the site remembers it on your next visit. This value never leaves your device and is not sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
International transfers
Our team and the providers above may be located outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps to ensure it stays protected, for example by using providers that offer appropriate contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and messages are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and then deleted.
- Client records, such as contracts and invoices, are kept for as long as the law requires.
- Server logs are kept only as long as needed to keep the site secure and working.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your rights

Security
We protect your information with appropriate technical and organisational measures. The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to enquiries and project information is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. If we make significant changes, we will make them clear on this page.
